1.Contact Customer Service
Contact us by email:
① The item needs to be returned (returns can be made within 15 days of your package being delivered).
② State the reason for the return.

2.Submit Return Information
Customer service will reply to your return request within 1 bussiness day and the return address will be notified afer the return has been agreed.

3.Send Tracking Number By Email
After sending the item back, please send us the tracking number by email.

4.Return The Item
When we receive the item and check it is correct, the refund will be processed.
Return & Refund Policy
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. However, if you change your mind or would like to exchange for another size, color, or style, please return the item(s) within 15 days of purchase, and we will refund you.
How To Return

Click 'Start A Return' as below (returns can be made within 15 days of receipt of the item). Fill in your email address and log in your account with 6-digit code you received.

2.Request Return
Choose the order you wish to return and click 'Request return'.

3.Submit Return Information
Select the item(s) you would like to return and specify the reason and proceed to submit. Check our 'Return Address' as below and send your return item(s) to us.
4.Send Us Return Label
Please provide your courier number once the courier has been dispatched. Please take a photo of the shipping voucher details generated by the courier bill number to us. If your item is eligible for a refund, the funds will be returned to the original form of payment.All funds should appear in your bank account within 1-3 business days of being processed.
