We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
We accept return on products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service (email@example.com) to make sure you send the package to the right address. You must provide photos of your products, tag(including item numbers), and piece counts.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note, that the total amount of your order does not include local sales taxes and VAT, which means extra fees may be applied after placing your order.
