  • 5. How do I check my points balance?

    To check your GOELIA Membership Rewards points balance, simply login in to your account and check your point balance on reward page or reward tab.

  • 6. How can I redeem my points?

    Exchanging your points for rewards couldn't be easier! Simply choose from the reward options on reward page, and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward, and copy the code to use at checkout.

  • 7. When will my points be credited after I place an order?

    Your points will be credited one day after the order is fulfilled. You can check your points on reward page.

  • 8. Will my points expire?

    Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our store i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc.

    The expiration date applies to a total amount of points and gets updated every time you complete a new activity on our store.

    For example, if I earn 10 points, which are about to expire in Y days, but one week later I leave a review (i.e. complete an activity) and earn 10 more points, I will then have 20 points in total, which will be expired in another Y days, as the expiration date got updated:

    1) Customer A earned 1000 points on January 1, 2022.

    2) Points Expiration is enabled and the expiration period is set for 365 days.

    3) Customer A’s 1000 points will expire on January 1, 2023

    4) If Customer A earns 100 points on December 31, 2022, his whole balance (1000 + 100 = 1100 points) will expire on December 31, 2023.

  • 9. Why didn't I receive any points after referring my friend?

    Thank you so much for sharing us with your friends! We really appreciate it. Points will be added to your account after your friend completes their first purchase on our website. Please note it might take 24 hours for points to be credited to your account.

    When this happens you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.

  • 10. How can I get a birthday reward?

    Add your birthday under “Ways to Earn” on the rewards page. On your birthday we will send your birthday reward to your account!

  • 11. Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

    Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account.

  • 12. What happens to my points if I return a purchase?

    If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account. If it's a partial return, only the points of returned items will be deducted.
