Refund policy

RETURN PROCESS

1. Click 'Start A Return' on the page Return & Refund Policy (returns can be made within 15 days of receiving the item).
2. Fill in your order number and Email or Phone to find your order.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to request, specify the reason, and make an online submission.
After submitting your return or refund request, we will notify you of the request's status by email.
RETURN & REFUND: After we approve your return request, you will receive the 'Return Details' by email.

1. Please write down the order number and email address on the paper (or the after-sales service card) and send it with the package.

Note: We suggest opting for a logistics company that provides signature services for returns, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). Otherwise, the refund process will be impacted.

2. Provide the logistics company and tracking number on the refund request page once the courier has been shipped.

3. If your item is eligible for a refund, the funds will be returned to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of being processed.

Note: 
We will offer Shipping Labels by email (Only available for orders in the United States). You need to print the return label and tape it on the outside of the package. Please attach the provided shipping label and take your package to your local USPS office.

REFUND ONLY: After we approve your refund request, the funds will be returned to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days of being processed.

RETURN TIME

Please submit your return request within 15 days of your package being delivered.

RETURN COST

Customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs, and taxes fees.

PROCESSING TIME

It usually takes 7-10 business days to process the return after receiving your package. If your item is eligible for a refund, the funds will be returned to the original payment account within 3-5 business days of being processed.

THE RETURNED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

① Goods have been washed;
② Man-made damage;
③ Goods incomplete, such as cutting off hang tags and wash marks and missing accessories;
④ Goods stained with foundation, perfume, cigarettes, deodorant, hair, and any other conditions that affect secondary sales;
⑤ Goods that have been clearly stated at the time of purchase as non-returnable; (Final sale items)
⑥ Goods beyond the after-sales service time;
⑦ This delivery form must be sent back with the returned items, otherwise no refund will be processed. If you do not find the return form in the package, please write your email information and order number on paper and send it to us.

If any of the above situations occur, the items will be returned to you at an additional cost.

Notes: 
If a customer rejects a package without a valid reason and causes us to incur losses, our refund policy may not cover a full refund and deal with it case by case.

Refund Policy for "Buy 2 Get 10% Off | Buy 5 Get 30% Off" Promotion:

If you return items and the remaining items no longer meet the discount threshold, the discount will be adjusted based on the new quantity.
If the remaining items no longer qualify for any discount, they will be charged at full price.
Any price difference will be refunded or charged to your original payment method.

Final Purchase Quantity:
Final Quantity = Purchased Items - Returned Items.
If the final quantity is less than 2, no discount applies.

Important Note:
Returning items may affect your discount tier, and you may need to pay the price difference.
We recommend reviewing your order carefully before returning items to maximize savings.

Example:
If you buy 6 items (30% off discount) and return 2, you now have 4 items (10% off discount). The discount will be adjusted, and you may need to pay the difference.

RETURN ADDRESS

We offer several return addresses for international customers. Before proceeding, please ensure that you submit a Return Request and receive approval. Upon approval, we will provide instructions along with the correct return shipping address for sending the package.

FOR AUSTRALIA ORDERS:

You need to return the merchandise to our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

FOR USA & OTHER EUROPE ORDERS:

You need to return the merchandise to our warehouse in Chicago, the United States.

We will offer Shipping Labels by email (Only available for orders in the United States). You need to print the return label and tape it on the outside of the package. Please attach the provided shipping label and take your package to your local USPS office. 

FOR EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS:

You need to return the merchandise to our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain.

FOR UK ORDERS:

You need to return the merchandise to our warehouse in Birmingham, the United Kingdom.

FOR SINGAPORE ORDERS:

You need to return the merchandise to our warehouse in Singapore.

FOR TAIWAN ORDERS:

You need to return the merchandise to our warehouse in Taipei City.

FOR ORDERS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES/REGIONS:

You need to return the merchandise to our warehouse in Hong Kong, China.

① We do not accept returned items not been processed and submitted first.
② Please do not return your items to the address marked on the parcel you received.
