Expected Shipping Time

Expected delivery time contains shipping time and proceed time. International orders may require customs clearance, which could result in delivery delays beyond our original estimates.

Your orders will be processed in 1-3 business days. Please pay attention to the available time for pre-order products. For the delivery time of international orders please follow the reference time.
In the United States, 5-15 business days.
Australia, 5-10 business days.
Singapore, 2-5 business days.

●What are Sales Tax and Use Tax?
Sales tax and use tax ("Sales Tax") are imposed by U.S. states on customers who provide a shipping address within those states. As required by law, we collect sales tax in applicable states. The estimated sales tax for your order will be displayed during checkout after you confirm your shipping details.

●How is Sales Tax Calculated?
Sales tax is calculated based on the total value of your purchase. If a discount is applied, tax will be calculated on the discounted subtotal. Depending on your state, additional taxes may apply to shipping fees.

●Can Sales Tax Be Refunded?
If you return an item and receive a refund, the corresponding sales tax will also be refunded to your original payment method.
